Thornburrows delivery team will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice and fully assemble it for you. They can demonstrate the product and provide you with care information so you can get the best out of your furniture.

We will take away all the packaging as well.

We can also dispose of your old furniture if required. This is on a ‘like for like’ basis, and we have a one off charge of £10 for this service.

Estimated delivery dates are made in all good faith, based on information from our suppliers. We can only give a general guideline as to delivery dates, although we do our utmost to keep customers informed of any delays which are beyond our control.

Deliveries will be morning up to 1pm, and afternoons after 1pm.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the furniture they select will fit into their home, and that access is sufficient to execute the delivery. If required we can offer a free access check to help with your purchase.

Any structural alterations to the property such as windows, doorframes, or the hire of specialist equipment/labour will be the responsibility of the customer.

All objects and surfaces that could be damaged in the delivery process should be removed or protected. Road access to the delivery premises should be suitable, and that delivery and unloading can be conveniently carried out. Whilst every endeavour will be made to complete the delivery process successfully, in the event of damage to the property, Thornburrows is absolved of all responsibility.
